2. Products and Services

URNNAT manufactures and exports essential oils for B2B commercial use. All products are sold for business-to-business transactions. Product specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Quotations

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Quotations provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Minimum order quantities apply as specified in the product details.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are established on a per-order basis. All prices exclude shipping, insurance, and applicable duties or taxes.

5. Quality and Claims

Each batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis. Any quality claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt, supported by GC-MS analysis from an approved laboratory.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. URNNAT is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

URNNAT’s liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of URNNAT and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Koraput, Odisha.
